Fayetteville Arkansas High School Master Plan
Fayetteville, Arkansas
2009
Concordia developed the campus master plan for Fayetteville High School in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The 40-acre site is located in the center of town adjacent to the campus of the University of Arkansas and is in proximity to the city center. Concordia was selected to develop the vision for a 21st century Fayetteville High School which will eventually accommodate 3,000 students in six separate small learning communities within a learning village.
Concordia also completed a community-wide charrette for the design of the campus and a preliminary space programming workshop with the FHS faculty. The FHS Master Plan was presented to the Fayetteville Board of Education on April 16, 2009 and was soon after approved by the board as the guide for the redevelopment of the site.
