Laura joined Concordia after graduating from Tulane University in May 2019 with a double major in Architecture and International Development. Laura supports Concordia’s nexus framework through community engagement, design development and research. She is passionate about the uses of architecture and design as tools to shape communities and improve the lives within them.
Laura is originally from Ibague, Colombia. She enjoys traveling and experiencing other cultures in order to gain a broader perspective and design more inclusively. While at Tulane, she was also part of the Division I women’s golf team. Outside of the office, Laura enjoys exploring the city, boxing and golfing.
