Melanie Bourg

Business & Administrative Manager

Melanie is the Business and Administrative Manager at Concordia and is responsible for a variety of functions including accounting, human resources, billing and payroll. She provides services crucial to keeping the firm and employees in compliance with City, State and Federal regulations. Using her organizational skills and love of spreadsheets, she provides administrative support to various projects and team members. She also keeps the candy jar stocked with chocolate.

A lifelong resident of the New Orleans metro area, Melanie was born and raised in Metairie, and graduated from Ursuline Academy. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana Tech University, and later studied accounting at the University of New Orleans. She is currently preparing to take the CPA exam.

Outside of Concordia, Melanie enjoys baking, crocheting, game nights with friends, and walks with her two dogs.
