Concordia worked with the Elk Grove Unified Schoold District (EGUSD) to develop Educational Specs (EdSpecs) to add a new layer of information to EGUSD’s Master Facilities Plan. The EdSpecs developed by Concordia help to define and promote educational effectiveness in addition to the technical and other upgrades outlined in the EGUSD Facilities Master Plan (FMP).
Concordia’s process for developing the EGUSD EdSpecs included Discovery & Preparations through existing data, Facilities Visioning with EGUSD leadership & staff, Synthesis of quantitative and qualitative facilities benchmarks, and defining applied guidelines for the Educational Specifications.
